Customer Satisfaction Survey
To help us make sure that we are maintaining our standards and to highlight areas for improvement, we have set up an Index of Customer Satisfaction. This is based on customer’s perception of our performance in relation to specific factors of their choosing and is tested by quarterly satisfaction surveys.
